  Took a session of distant healing from Shilpa. I have not been able to have a restful sleep since a long long time and there were other emotional issues. So..here… read more we start our session and i can actually feel energy waves travelling within me. what I started with a very unsettled mind.. feeling so very low.. by the end of the session I was totally relaxed and i could feel so much positive energy around me like it was a physical thing. For first 5-6 hours, my mind was in a numb state.. my mind could hardly think or feel anything.. which was then followed by peace.. so much peace.. Shilpa actually made me let go of all the feelings of hurt, anger and unfulfillment which I was holding onto very tightly and which was the root cause of all my problems. This letting go was something i always thought was totally impossible for me. Right now my mind is in very relaxed, peaceful and happy place. Not only that, it took away this always present pain in my neck and shoulders which nothing else seemed to heal. Its just vanished.   I have experienced lower back pain for years with it getting more severe and the last 2 years has been a constant pain. The pain would range from a 5… read more to a 9 out of 10. A 10 would be in my books going to hospital. So a 9 is pretty bad. Glad it had not got to a 10 🙂. Anyway, Shilpa offered to help but I was very sceptical and to be honest thought this is a load of rubbish, but thought I would just entertain it and did not expect much if anything at all. Shilpa made me feel comfortable and relaxed and the moment she placed her hands on my back I felt an extraordinary amount of warmth then heat on my skin and lower back. I was very pleasantly surprised and thought there was a ‘heat pack ’ on me. (There wasn’t) It felt really good. I could not see what Shilpa was doing with her hands on my back. I just felt the heat moving across my lower back as she moved her hands from left to right and back again, something was happening and working. For my pain subsided to a 3 or 4 and a few hours later to a dull 1. Before I went to sleep that night I had no pain. I was very happ, but still sceptical for I was wondering how long will this last. To be honest the pain free lasted till lunchtime the following day. But the pain level when it returned was a 1 which I would say was more of an awareness than pain. It is now 4 days later pain free. Today I have done a great deal of physical work and lifting in the garden. Which I would always experience pain and discomfort during the day. However to my surprise I have felt nothing. Shilpa has got some special gift/talent does not matter what you call it. It works, and would recommend her to anyone that has back pain. Thank you so very much Shilpa. I may not understand what you do and how this works. I do however believe in it and my views have definitely changed. Forever indebted to you.
